Surveys on existing building stock are necessary to advise on maintenance, provide future repair plans and determine the size and scale of defects. Our Defect Diagnosis Report provides the first step on a localised issue.

Our full survey or Maintenance Plan provides a holistic approach to the whole building. Planned Maintenance can eliminate costly emergency maintenance reducing long term expenditure on repairs and maintaining investment/ownership value. We also have the expertise to inspect property and write a “Schedule of Repairs” to make the overall management of property repairs easier, and supervise repair work to give you peace of mind.
